BetQuant is a data and analytics tool — not a broker, bookmaker, financial advisor, or gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, or facilitate any transactions on sporting events.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports markets involve risk, and any capital you allocate based on our analytics may be lost in whole or in part. BetQuant’s backtested and live-tracked performance metrics are provided for informational and research purposes only and should not be construed as a promise, guarantee, or solicitation of future returns.

Free tier accounts have no payment obligation. Pro subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial (no credit card required). After the trial period, the subscription is $29/month (or $249/year), billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time with one click — no lock-in contracts.

BetQuant shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes arising from your reliance on our analytics, predictions, or position sizing guidance. Use of the service is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided.
