Chargebacks & disputes
If you have a billing problem, please email [email protected] before opening a card dispute. Nine times out of ten we can resolve it directly and faster than the chargeback process. A filed chargeback immediately suspends your account (see the Terms of Service) and costs us fixed dispute fees regardless of outcome.
